We’re Storyboard Media, a video agency with more office space than we can currently use. We’re looking for a small company with whom we can open our doors and share our space. An ideal fit would be with a marketing agency or tech company with 3-7 employees.

We’ve got 3,775 square feet of office in Suite 240 at The Square at UHill (South), located at 3710 University Drive in Durham. Our suite has a large, central common area, conference room, video/podcast studio, and break area alongside nine private offices, up to six of which are available to rent.

Being right next door to UHill means you’ve got easy access to O2 Fitness, Midtown Yoga, BulBox, Curry Up Now, Aperitif, Happy + Hale, Gizmo Brew Works, Aperitif, Alpaca, and more. All within easy walking distance.

The bottom line is this: We’re looking to share our space with some like-minded people (who are hopefully as cool as we are) in exchange for covering part of our monthly rent (proportional to the space you’re using).
