We’re stoked to welcome Holt Menzies to the Storyboard Media team as our Director of Photography!

Holt joined Storyboard Media as our Director of Photography after relocating back to Raleigh from NYC. He has shot for clients such as MTV, TLC, and the History Channel.

Outside of filming he enjoys cooking, mountain biking and other various outdoor pursuits, like making fire with his hands (not magic… just sticks).

Google’s Working on a New Process Which Would Convert Static Website Assets into Video Content [Social Media Today]

Google is testing a new initiative dubbed ‘URL2Video’ which would enable businesses to create video assets from static website content, making it easier for brands to move into using video.

It’s loosely based on my old initiative from 2003, ‘TRL2Video’, in which my older sister forced me to record TRL with Carson Daly on VHS tape after school every day while she was at field hockey practice. I’ll let you decide which one is more useful.
